Matt is no stranger to exploration and adventure having embarked on and led many trips into and around Africa and Antarctica. His love for wildlife and conservation, combined with his knowledge and passion for Africa and particularly the Wild Coast, makes him the perfect adventure business owner.

Tim
Tim
Tim, having spent 20 years in education, eight of which as a Headmaster, and having explored the jungles of Cameroon and the glaciers of Antarctica, guided in Botswana, Zimbabwe and Kenya, and fished virtually every piece of African water south of the equator, is the perfect host to ignite your passion for Africa and entertain you with stories about some of its charms. Tim is passionate about leadership and he has lectured on this topic to various audiences over the past few years. Tim oversees all staff, logistics and finances.

Diba is our Luphuthanana Camp manager. Diba is an extremely helpful and always willing to get stuck in to make sure all our guests are assisted and comfortable in their stay. Diba knows all the ins and outs of Luphuthana and can assist in organising a hike to the famous Waterfall Bluff.

Lumka
Lumka
Lumka can get a whole room to smile with her happy and contagious laugh. Lumka runs our Msikaba Camp, she will welcome you with a smile and can assist you with absolutely anything that you need, from firewood to the famous Pondo pot bread!

Khekhe
Khekhe
Khekhe’s smile is hard to miss, along with his positivity and yes man attitude. Khekhe is apart of the behind-the-scenes admin and along with Bully, they steer a formidable team. Keke’s friendly demeanour shows off the true essence of Pondo’s culture and community.

Andrew
Andrew defines our Manteku Camp, with many returning guests asking for Andrew. Andrew has been running the camp for almost 10 years, Andrew has it waxed. Andrew is an avid runner and thoroughly enjoys exploring Pondoland so he can show guests around!

Bully’s friendly, organised, and approachable manner keep our operations on the go – Bully, along with Keke, ensure all our camps are equipped with everything that is necessary for our guests to have a seamless stay. Bully’s calm and collected nature is infectious and really defines the meaning of Pondo Fever!
